- Travel details necessary to plan and book your trip (dates, travellers, preferences, passport data if required by law).
- Payment information processed securely by Razorpay. We never store raw card numbers.
- Basic analytics (pages visited, device) via cookies and tools like Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To design, confirm, and deliver your trip.
- To contact you about your enquiry or booking.
- To comply with legal and accounting requirements in India.
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve our service.
Who we share it with
Only third parties necessary to operate your trip (hotels, transport partners, guides) or the business (Razorpay for payments, Resend for email, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for our database). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hola@traveolla.com. We’ll respond within 30 days.
