We know plans change. Each trip has its own cancellation schedule, spelled out before you pay. In the absence of a trip-specific schedule, the defaults below apply.
Default cancellation schedule
- More than 30 days before departure: 80% refund of amount paid.
- 15 – 29 days before departure: 50% refund of amount paid.
- Under 15 days before departure: non-refundable.
Exceptions
- Peak-season trips (e.g., Andaman in December) may have stricter third-party cancellation terms. These are disclosed in writing before booking.
- Custom-sourced services (private charters, exclusive experiences) are typically non-refundable once booked.
- Airline tickets follow the airline’s own cancellation rules.
How to cancel
Email us at hola@traveolla.com or WhatsApp your specialist. Refunds are processed within 10 working days of the cancellation being acknowledged, via the original payment method.
Changes (not cancellation)
Date changes, traveller changes, or itinerary modifications are handled separately and often at a smaller fee. Tell us early — the more notice, the more options.
